I'm Vino. I came up the long way around.

I started in academic research with a PhD, where I learned how to ask sharp questions and survive when the obvious answer is wrong. I then spent years in management consulting, where I learned how to break messy business problems into clean, repeatable frameworks. For the last few years, I've been embedding AI into the everyday workflows of leaders, function heads and senior specialists across operations, finance, marketing, customer success, product, HR and project teams.

What I noticed is this. Most leaders don't fail at AI because they aren't smart enough or curious enough. They fail because no one's shown them a structured way to translate AI into their actual job: the meetings, the reporting, the team rituals, the decisions.
