Privacy Policy
Last updated:
DriveAIOutcomes ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit driveaioutcomes.com or contact us, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Who we are
DriveAIOutcomes is operated by Vino, founder. If you have questions about this policy or how your data is handled, contact us at contactus.pragna@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. Specifically:
- Contact form submissions: your name, work email, phone number, role/title, and the message you write to us.
- Calendar bookings: when you book a call via Calendly, you provide your name, email, and any answers to the booking questions. Calendly stores this data; their privacy policy applies in addition to ours.
- Basic site analytics: if analytics is enabled on this site, we may collect anonymised information about how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location by country, device type). This helps us improve the site. We do not use this for advertising.
We do not collect special-category personal data (such as health, race, or political views), and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
3. Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry or strategy call request.
- To send you the information or follow-up you've asked for.
- To improve how the site works.
Our legal basis under the Australian Privacy Act and (where applicable) the EU GDPR is your consent (when you submit the contact form) and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your contact-form details only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and follow up. If we don't end up working together, we'll delete or anonymise your data within 24 months unless you ask us to keep it for longer (for example, to stay on a low-frequency newsletter list).
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site, who only see what they need to do their job:
- Form/email handling: Formspree (or equivalent) and standard email providers.
- Calendar booking: Calendly.
- Hosting: Netlify.
Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and security practices. Some may store data outside Australia (typically in the United States or EU); by submitting the form, you consent to this transfer.
6. Cookies
This site does not set marketing or tracking cookies. If analytics is enabled, it uses a privacy-respecting setup with no third-party advertising cookies. The Calendly embed may set its own functional cookies needed for the booking widget to work.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Ask what data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete that data.
- Withdraw consent at any time (we'll honour the request promptly).
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au, or your local data protection authority if you are in the EU/UK.
To exercise any of these rights, email contactus.pragna@gmail.com.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. That said, no internet transmission is ever fully secure; please don't send us sensitive personal information through the contact form.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page.
